Hey InsanelyMac!

'Cause nobody answers me in the "New User Lounge", I open a topic here.

I need help!

I have a Snow Leopard Distribution on my external IDE HDD. I wanted install Snow Leopard Retail on another S-ATA HDD. I "burned" the Retail DMG to one Partition from the other HDD and tried to install it. The Installation starts fine but after 3 - 4 minutes it stops. Then the Computer restarts. In my Bootloader there isn't the HDD but when i boot in my Distribution, I see the HDD an theres a folder which names "Mac OS X Install Data".. What do I wrong?

Please someone help me :(

Sorry for my bad English, I normally speak German!

Thank you.

Everytime there come "TIMEOUT numcd=1, sent=1, recieved=0"

Or "error: no PCM channels found"

Or "System uptime in nanoseconds: 1xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Come one, please help :)
