alright so i have an ipc osx86 10.5.6.iso and i was wondering how to make it into a usb bootloader. im doing everything on windows(the laptop im currently using, i dont have an access to a mac) so its kinda hard because everything ive read you have to use the osx86 tools or some other .pkg application to skip the command terminal.

is there an osx86 tools but for windows?

is there anyway to install the osx86 10.5.6 without having access to a mac and just having a usb flashdrive(im out of dvdrs)

You are asking questions which don't make any sense.

1)Tell us about your hardware (especially mobo and video card)

2)Download a recent distro ( iPC 10.5.6 is quite old). At your level of knowledge it is the best thing to do.

3)Try to get a DVD. A blank DVD costs 35 cents here, but you can find them even cheaper, probably around 20 cents.

i own a sony vaio vgn-nr120e with windows vista home premium with service pack 2

the processor is intel pentium dual cpu t2310 @ 1.46ghz

2gb ram

the video card is mobile intel® 965 express chip set family
