Totalaron- Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 Hello people. I am already struggeling days to install Mac OSX on my laptop. It uses an Intel Core i5 480m Processor. Gives me the Apple logo, but the little thing keeps circeling around and DVD drive seems not to be spinning. Gets stuck at 'AppleIntelPowerManagement timed out' LeoHazard installation succeeds, but when I try to boot it, I get Kernel Panic, 'Version mis-match between Kernel(18) and CPU PM(23)' iPC installation succeeds, but when I try to boot, I get Kernel Panic, telling me that it could'nt find some drivers. aufa333 Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 try to boot with [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] legacy and see if it works , there is another way using the USb >> restore ur 10.6.3 DVD to usb and install myhack 1.1.4 (leave it as it is but uncheck sleepenabler+ionetworking) then get ur kexts 'vga/audio/network' from kexts.com _ and put them all in E/E on ur usb then drag the folder call Extensions over an app call Kext Util to fix the permissions ,if anything happend boot with -x -v and post back what u get. its not complicated but with this way u know what is what.
