DeepInside
Hi, I searched the Forum but found only very old threads and nothing in conclusion to Mac OS X Lion. When i want to install Lion via USB or Hard Disk (tried both) I stuck on the following line: IOAPIC: Version 0x20 Vectors 64:87 I tried different AppleACPIPlatform.kext and different boot options like -v -x cpus=1 -v -x cpus=2 … but nothing works. Snow Leopard runs quite well. @ Intel Q6600 @ Asus Maximus Formula
Exlixe
It might sound ridiculous but try plugging in another USB device (any will do) when that message comes up. It works for me on my laptops running SL.

Works like a charm! Great trick sir! But have you found out how to fix it without having to do the trick over and over again? I'd really appreciate to know (sorry for my bad English)
