KHIT
Hi I have tried to install Mac OS X Snow Leopard on my PC running AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2GHz, 2GB DDR RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 7300GS, 120GB ATA harddrive. I'm using Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.3 retail, with legacy kernel, and I have defined the installation USB to use legacy_kernel, in com.apple.boot.plist in Extra folder. Have tried booting with -v, -v -x and -v cpus=1, but no luck, get KP everytime. legacy_kernel is 10.3.0, for 10.6.3 SL, from kexts.com Hope someone can help me. Screenshot of KP attached. KHIT
Now I got throught the KP, by using the Lecagy kernel for SL 10.6 instead of 10.6.3, but now it won't recognize my IDE hard drive. I have no SATA drive availible, so I need to get it working with IDE.
KHIT
Now I got it recognizing my IDE drive, but I can't format or install on the drive. Have succesfully formatted it to HFS+ from PartedMagic, and with GPT partition map. Using AppleOnBoardPCATA.kext from here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...ati+sb400+kext#
