I've got a craigslist listing for Monroe, Louisiana if you happen to live nearby this may save you some money on shipping. Gigabyte EP45-DS3L w/ Box, Manual, and Drivers- $85 6 Gigabytes 1066 mhz Corsair XMS2 Dominator Ram - $40 for matched 2x1gb and $100 for 2x2 4gb Nvidia GT 220 Graphics Card - 1GB of video memory - $30 Intel Quad Core Q6600 Processor 2.4ghz G0 edition - $100 Thermalright Ultra 120 Heatsink - $30 I've also got TWO hard drives. One of which is running snow leopard perfectly, the other with windows. If you're interested in buying the motherboard, we can likely make a deal on a hard drive so that OSX runs out of the box for ya. I'm willing to let the entire machine go- pre built with the aforementioned parts, both hard drives, and a DVD drive for $500.
