deleteme111
I bought this card for my sister a while ago thinking it would run fine because it was listed as working on the wiki. I've tried everything I can think of, and nothing works. No resolution, no QE/CI. The card does show up in System Profiler. Could anyone help me out here? Thanks. Gringo Vermelho
According to Wikipedia the FX 1400 uses the same chip as the Geforce 6800. This means it will probably not work in Snow Leopard. If you do have Snow Leopard (you should provide this info when posting!) you must boot in 32-bit kernel and drivers mode, the drivers for Geforce 7 series cards and below are 32-bit only from 10.6.3 and up. You might have to do some manual editing of a few driver files in order to get it working, if it's even possible. Google "guide for all nvidia boards" to learn more. If you are using Leopard, you might need to modify the driver files as well. deleteme111
Okay, thank you for the suggestions. I am using Snow Leopard and I've been in 64 bit. When I can I'll go to 32 bit and see what I can do.
