Di Wu
Hi, I have an iMac late 2006 model with ATI X1600 128mb. It's been having graphic glitches, which I feel is due to bad vram. The computer works fine with no graphic glitches at all if I remove ATIRadeon x1000 kext from S/L/E, which disables advanced graphic features. I'm hoping that if I can manually decrease the memory OS X uses from 128MB to something smaller like 16MB, perhaps I can get lucky and not hit a memory chip that has glitches. I know that this isn't a hackintosh, but I feel that only people from this forum would have the expertise to do this. Thanks
