Manuel Serol Posted August 22, 2006 Share Posted August 22, 2006 I've tiger 10.4.1 patched in HP Pavillion zd8256ea and after installation I tried do install other aplications such as adium messenger, osxvnc, office 12 and others but when I double ckick the dmg image that image mounts but anything else! what's happen for I can't install aplications, anyone know? Rammjet Posted August 22, 2006 Share Posted August 22, 2006 10.4.1 is too old for most current applications. Apple made some significant changes starting with 10.4.3. If you can't run the current apps, you need to find and install a more current version of OSX. Try it again when you have upgraded your OSX to a newer version. I'll install 10.4.6 version and then if possible upgrade to 10.4.7 with a possible update if exist.
