Twolff Posted March 26, 2011 Share Posted March 26, 2011 using this guide: http://x86osx.com/bbs/c_data/pds_comment/1...Guide_iBoot.pdf i got the bootloader to work, got my dsdt in place, followed every step carefully... but when i boot into the Mac OS X Base System it shows Darwin Kernel Version 11.0.0: Sat Feb 19:29:29 PST 2011; root:xnu-1699.21.15~1/RELEASE_X86_64 vm_page_bootstrap: 502025 free pages and 22263 wired pages kext submap [0xffffff7f80725000 - 0xffffff8000000000], kernel text [0xffffff8000200000 - 0xffffff8000725000] zone leak detection enabled standard timeslicing quantum is 10000 us mig_table_max_displ = 72 and then it freezes.... anyone has a clue what might be happening? What worked for me was the "XPC Boot Prepare Tool" (Mac Edition) & the "Working XPC" download file from the above link.
