USB, PS/2 devices not working after update

As in the title, no USB devices seem to be working after the update.

 

Keyboard/Mouse not working, iPhone doesn't charge. Oddly If I plug in something like a USB hub, the lights do come on on the device, so power is getting to it. Same applied to PS/2 mouse I tried. Any suggestions?

Should have added, mobo is an ASUS P5ke WIFI AP, if that helps.
