Notes on DSDT edits - Some of the DSDT edits I did seem to be rather pointless, so I'm playing with either removing them, or getting them to do what I want them to do. USB modification was done before because EHCI devices didn't show as 'built in' initially; after removing the DSM entries, they still show as 'built-in', so apparently something else caused the problem and I don't need them (unless they will fix something else). The Darwin addition also doesn't seem to help or do anything one way or another. Since this was a modification to begin with, I think I may remove it as well, as removing it currently certainly won't hurt anything. I've included my entire Extra folder (Extensions, DSDT, smbios.plist, and org.chameleon.Boot.plist) to help anyone else with this board. There is also an entry to make the graphics card in the first PCI-x16 slot appear in System Profiler. Edit: I noticed BIOS 1.60 had been out a few months and figured I should go ahead and update. Did a very light DSDT patch (dumped ACPI in windows, patched stuff). I've also included my new DSDT, which isn't as re-arranged, but has all the important stuff. Dunno why my powerbutton isn't being recognized. If anyone else has this board and wants to try it out, lemme know what's missing. GhaleonX
Original post updated. Files should be good for Snow Leopard/Lion/Mountain Lion!
