Acer M5100 desktop (Hardware supported?)

I want to install Mac OSX so that I can run Xcode on my Windows machine. I'm currently running Windows 7 on a Acer Aspire M5100 (desktop). If someone could let me know how or if I can proceed I would appreciate it. I just need to be able to boot Xcode so that I can mark a device as develpoer without a Mac at hand. Offcourse it would be nice if I could use Mac OSX on this machine for surfing, IM and video viewing. (I assume Win7 supports dual boot)

 

Graphics card: nvidia GeForce 8500 GT (Not the original one mentioned in Acer link bellow)

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 5000 +

Memory: 4096
