Rammjet
From one of your previous posts: i seleted the intel see3 patch i take it i dont need the amd patchs as i have the intel machine, and i take it that i don t need the see2 processor patch as my processor surrport see2 and 3 But when you posted the pictures of your configuration ( http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?s=&...st&p=156077 ), they said your Celeron only supported SSE2. I'm thinking you need to reinstall and select the SSE2 patch. Rammjet
If it won't boot up, it is not the fault of the boot loader. The problem is past that point. And I've seen where you tried booting with cpus=1 and it still hangs. Once you get the thing to boot properly, you can sort out the boot loader. That leaves some weird hardware configuration causing a problem or the things you chose in Customize are the wrong ones.
