GraphicsEnabler\PCIRoot fail

Mobo: ASUS NAGAMI2L\A8N-LA (apparently the same thing)

BIOS: Phoenix v3.11

Processor: AMD 3800+ 2.0Ghzx2

GPU: NVIDIA XFX 9600GT

Used nawcom's mod cd to get this running. Was stuck in default video mode, so I turned on GraphicsEnabler. Still didn't work. Set PCIRoot to 1, graphics start working but my mouse acts odd, being smooth at times, jumping all over the place at others. Is there some flag I can turn on to fix the mouse, or possibly a DSDT I can use?\

didn't work...

Greetings,

Did you ever manage to solve the Graphics Problem on this motherboard? I am working on a HP a1410n system that has the same motherboard and unfortunately the same problem. Erratic mouse movement and laggy performance when using graphics enabler or EFI strings. I am using a 7200GS / 7300SE and I've tried others to no positive effect.

I think it has to do with the onboard GeForce 6150 LE or the nForce 430 (MCP51) Southbridge. Something might be conflicting with our PCI-E cards. Doesn't matter what I set on the BIOS. Same thing everytime. And there's no way to deactivate the onboard graphics in BIOS. It only lets you select primary display.

My next step would be to update BIOS or find a mod. But there's nothing for these motherboards anymore.

If anyone else has insight on this, please enlighten us.
