sn0re
Hello InsanelyMac. After a few months with leopard, I decided to upgrade to snow. I backed everything up and installed fresh using the #####+##### method. It boots and everything, the install went great. Whenever i try and run the 10.6.4 combo update OR #####, i get a KP at the end and have to reinstall. I've tried repairing permissions, rebuilding the kext cache, everything. If anyone has ANY idea what i should do, please answer. Thanks. BTW, i actually have NO idea what motherboard/graphics i have. I bought the computer as a custom a few years back and i don't particualrly want to open it up. I have a core 2 Due processor though. dothacker
have you tried re-installing your backed up kexts after ur updates are done without restarting?
sn0re
I can't, because it KPs before the update finishes.
dothacker
That's funny though, coz i had no problems upgrading mine from 10.6.3 to 10.6.4... although I used iATKOS S3.
