tim2000
Hi, first I apologize for my very bad english... but I'll do my best. I recently discovered the OSx86 project... so I started to install Leo4All v3 (osx 10.5.2) on my dell studio 1747 laptop. After many try, OSx works fine (exept video but I have a mobility 4650 .... ) Now, I want to use my iPhone with my hackintosh, but only leo 10.5.8 support iPhone... ComboUpdate 10.5.8 don't works on my laptop, I try voodookernel too... Finaly, I've decided to download iDeneb 1.6, after reading a lot of topic on iDeneb, I burned it, but when I boot on it, I can see the apple on the grey screensaver for 1 second, and (hop) my pc reboot... I think it's a little problem in the com.apple.Boot.plist, but I'm a noob... so I don't know... So my question is : Can I change the com.apple.Boot.plist of a boot CD ? Actually com.apple.Boot.plist is : <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd"> <plist version="1.0"> <dict> <key>Kernel</key> <string>mach_kernel</string> <key>Kernel Flags</key> <string>-legacy cpus=1</string> <key>Timeout</key> <string>5</string> </dict> </plist> If I change the "kernel Flags" string to a resolution like "Graphics Mode"="1280x1024x32" and boot again it will works ? Or it's very dangerous to touch to the boot.plist of a boot CD ? Thanx to help me, and sorry again for my english...
