colnthefox
Hello, I've had my second Hackintosh running well for a couple of months now but without a driver for the video card. Last night I attempted to install an NVidia kext (as well as a kext package) and EFI string using PCWIZ's Universal OSx Installer, which I now realise is wrong. After this, any time I reboot, I keep getting a kernel panic. I've attached a picture. It won't even boot up using any bootflags. I opened up Terminal and deleted the NVInject kext hoping it was that but it still panics. I went in to Terminal again and there's a kext called NVSMU.kext - I tried deleting that but it's read only and I'm not even sure if that would do it. I also tried to boot up my second partition which has Snow Leopard installed just in case my main boot fails so I can access files and remove kexts that way but when I try to boot it up, it says "can't find custom" Can anyone help please?
