DAVIDAMBAR
Hi, I've been researching about this for almost a month now. Ive had a pretty powerful PC for almost a year and I haven't really used it. Im a producer/engineer so I am always on a mac recording and mixing with pro tools, sequencing with reason and logic. The issue I am having is installing the actual software of Snow Leopard. My Computer's specs are: Motherboard: ASUS P6T SE 1366 X58 RTL CPU: CPU INTEL|CORE I7 920 2.66GHz RAM: 2Gx2|KSTHX KHX12800D3K2/4G R - Kingston RAM Graphics Card: VGA MSI | R4850-2D512-OC HD4850 RT HDD: HD 640G|WD WD6401AALS DVD Drive: DVD BURN LG|GH22NS30 22X SATA I followed every single step of the BIOS setup and running the EFI then switching the disks... but this is what keeps happening.... and the last word thats cutoff on the screen is the word "kernel" Someone please help and tell me what im doing wrong. Thank you so much!

DAVIDAMBAR
http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=208724 use -x Thank you SO MUCH! It actually worked! I am up and running I have a few questions though. 1. When I turn on my computer it goes to the Chameleon v2.0 screen and it says Macintosh HD (Which is what i named it.) Do i have to press [TAB] everytime and type "-x" ? - My graphic card is the ATI Radeon 4850 Series 256 MB - I dont know why my screen resolution only goes up to 1280X1024 because when i had windows xp installed it went all the way up to 1600X1200 (because I only have a 20 inch screen) 2. How do I get my internet to work (Modem going to Router going to Computer) - I really want to do a Software Update because right now my "About This Mac" says "Version 10.6 Processor 2.67 GHz Unknown Memory 4 GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM" ^^^^^ (This is not true because my processor is an Intel Core I7 at 2.66GHz and I have 4 GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM) 3. How do I get my audio to work because there is no audio in the preferences what-so-ever. 4. And most importantly my USB ports dont seem to be working (even though my keyboard and mouse work fine.) I feel like I boot into a Snow Leopard Machine, but its really not lol its like half-ass installed. Please tell me how to take care of all these issues. Once Again THANK YOU SO MUCH! That last post was GREAT Help!
