Power Management Question

I have been running very stably for quite a long time but I have an issue with Power management. Doesn't seem to work at all. Every time I update something, I get the error that I am not plugged in to a power source when I am. I'm really not sure how to correct this issue.

 

I ve tried different Kexts, I can see my battery status, so i know some kind of kext is working.

 

Is this a kernel issue?
