help choosing a mobo/ram?

hey guys, its time to upgrade my gaming tower into the realm of quad core. ive picked out the following package, but i would just like to run it by the forum. i know its gotten me a better board for an extra $15 before.

 

also, whats the difference between enhanced and low latency ram? they have 9-9-9-24 and 8-8-24 timings respectively, but i know didly squat about timings.

 

so, heres what i got. would like to use this store as i can physically pick the stuff up, but if you have a canadian online store that goes for less with shipping too, ill consider that.
