willpower101 Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 I have this x1900 i just got. It's from a g5 tower. It won't book in my hack. Blank screen. I hear the roms are different. bayz Posted August 20, 2010 Share Posted August 20, 2010 I'm far from an expert on this, but I think that the cards from the PPC macs are different from the Intel ones. I know that you can use video cards from the MacPro in any PC (I have one running my Linux Media PC right now, previously ran OSX and WIN on it too), but I'm pretty sure that the G5 video cards are incompatible with x86 PCs.
