twinkiestar
I followed iatkos s3 v2 install guide and installed 10.6.3 (updated to 10.6.4 later) successfully on a GA-P965-DS3, with EFI string enabled nVidia 7800 GT... the only imperfection is the machine cannot wake up from sleep - actually, it wakes up (I see the fan is back running and ping the machine) but the display/video function is so dead that I must physically remove the power-cable and restart the machine (simply shutdown by hold power button down won't work). I have enabled the sleep mode to S3 (save to RAM).. in the bios setup. is there anything I can try to work this out (before I buy another video card)... thanks

I have the same GPU (7800GT), and its fuly working in iatkos v7. When I decided to move into iatkos s3 v2, all works but the GPU. I have tried the EFI string and so on, but nothing seems to work. Could you please tell me which checkboxes you have selected in the custom installation of iatkos s3 v2, or which process have you made in order to make it work? Thanks in advance. Best regards, Hugo.
