I need some info first:

Computer model

Computer specs

Hard drive connection (usb, sata, firewire, ide...)

Hard drive size

If it's convenient for you, can you switch your problem drive with your good one and see if that works?

So you have the following setup and both HD's are internal.

Data/OS>Motherboard

Media> Motherboard

Do you have any other SATA device you can plug in to the port that the HD is plugged into (preferably a spare HD)? If you do so and you still get that Error, its a mobo/driver/osx86 issue and I can't help you. If it works with another HD on that port, its a HD issue (sorry :) cant help with those either).
