I found this forum because i want to install snow leopard on my system (you can see all details under "My System"). But theres an problem. I tried many times to install SL on my System but it never works. I used the following tutorial for the installation http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=189052. First i update my bios to 0808, then i build the Flash Drive and it boots to the chameleon boot loader. After that the Screen with the apple logo shows up and i came to the window were i can choose the language for the Setup. After i choose the language i always get the message "Mac OS X cannot installed on this Computer". i don't understand. I read the tutorial many times but i cannot find the issue. Has somebody a tip or the same issues with this system and can help me? I hope anybody can help me. My System: Intel i7 920 @ 2,66 GHz Asus P6T SE with 0808 BIOS 6 GB Corsair 1333 MHz DDR3 RAM 1 TB WD HDD (SATA) 16 GB SanDisk Cruzer USB Flash Drive (its the drive for the installation) PS: Please excuse my english ^^ i come from austria and usually we speak german :-) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I boot with the flash drive (it includes the SL install files, boot file, Extra Folder, Extension Folder etc), then the apple screen comes and loads and after that window the language screen comes. i select german and then the error message showing up.
