Tre Watson Posted August 12, 2010 Share Posted August 12, 2010 I was trying to install the GMA950 driver, and i kernel panicked. is there any way to fix this? I'm really new to this whole thing, so i don't exactly know what i did except run it with kextheklper and put the DSDT in the Leopard partition like it said. any help would be lovely. thanks guys. Have you tried booting into safe mode? Use the -x flag when you're booting, it might allow you to get things running again so you can fix it from there. Tre Watson Posted August 12, 2010 Author Share Posted August 12, 2010 updating, I removed the DSDT. aml, and that's EXACTLY what it was. all seems to be working again. thank goodness. i used the Terminal and simple rm command. worked like a charm.
