Tre Watson Posted August 11, 2010 Share Posted August 11, 2010 sorry to be such a noob here, but here we go: i have 2 different setups of osx discs, (kalyway and iatkos - 10.5 and 10.6.3) so i ran the iatkos S3 install, went totally smoothly after meticulously picking the right patches. (or what i thought were right.) it went throught and on restart, the EFI loader comes up. SWEET. i select leopard (my partition) and set it to boot and the system just restarts. so i go to check my windows install. BOOTMGR is missing. the bootmgr should be an easy fix, but what should i do with this install? info: gateway gt5411E Intel® Pentium® D processor 915 (Dual Core) 64-bit with EM64T Technology Intel 945G chipset HDD: WD 1 TB HDD 2GB of RAM if you need more lemme know and i can (try to) check once i fix the boot manager please, if you can, help.
