Azure70
I was wondering if it was possible to install snow leopard onto an external hdd (hdd in an enclosure) using mac and then installing the ep45-ud3p package installer (from lifehacker) via the mac to the external, and then have it already working when I plug it in my ep45-ud3p computer? Also, does it make a difference if I use an IDE or sata drive for this? Any help would greatly appreciated.
J.B
could you not install OSX to the hard drive from you mac, then run the package on it, install a bootloader to the external, then boot it on your PC you probably risk messing up your mac, why not stick the original guide and do everything on the PC? Azure70
could you not install OSX to the hard drive from you mac, then run the package on it, install a bootloader to the external, then boot it on your PC Sorry, that was exactly what I meant. I don't want to install it via PC since I do not have a flash drive that is large enough for the process
J.B
you could always burn the disk image to a disk instead, just make sure that the PC will support the DVD drive in OSX
Azure70
Sorry, I forgot to also mention that I don't have a dual layer disc, so it complicates things.
