which motherboard should i use?

My motherboard just died on my last month and i'm getting a new 1

 

Now i'm thinking to get that can run Mac and windows both at the same time.

 

I have done my survey market here in my country, and the option i have now are

 

GA-EP41-UD3L

GA-EP43-US3L

GA-EP43T-UD3L

GA-EP45-UD3L

 

So which one should i use?

 

I need to use both OS because

 

Mac

 

• I use final cut pro for some editing that premiere pro can't do and DVD authoring
  

Windows

 

• Most of my day job need to use windows something like keyphone system programing.
  

And there are some other job also i do on 1 computer.

 

so you see i am a poor man that want to use 1 computer for many things.
