jasjeet
try this, boot up Hazards DVD, when Chameleon boot loader appears, select the Drive with OSX installed to it. I think it might be a bootloader problem. If you can boot it like this, then reinstall the bootloader when your in OSX. Jordan94jb
I've never used a bootloader. I used Easy BCD so I could use windows. And I had it working that way before. kup
Have you added any new HDD to the system? Do you have box USB attached whilst booting? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/224440-memory-allocation-error/#findComment-1507831 Share on other sites

Jordan94jb
I unplugged my HDD, printer and Eye and I'm on the OS now. Is there anyway to fix this if it was my HDD? And thanks for getting me this far. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/224440-memory-allocation-error/#findComment-1508063 Share on other sites

kup
Don't remove the battery, resetting the bios will not help. The problem is to do with other devices conflicting. I'd recommend trying one at a time until you work out which one is causing the problems. Let me know which one and we can work out a fix. Jordan94jb
I didn't select one on the Mac OS install, I used BCD and made an NST in the system reserved partition. kup
I'm not familiar with that method. Can you link me to a guide or explanation and I'll read up on it. Also, try booting from the Hazard DVD again see if that allows you to boot without the errors whilst everything ( or one at a time ) is attached. Jordan94jb
Basically I installed MAC OS X, I didn't click anything apart from Support fixes etc. Then downloaded Easy BCD, set up a Mac OS onto the windows bootloader and then that was it. When I click Mac OS it still gives me the picture of a chameleon at the top though. And how can I boot from the disk? When ever I try it just comes up to the install screen. Jordan94jb
Does that help? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/224440-memory-allocation-error/#findComment-1509025 Share on other sites
kup
I think so. The BCD edit chainloads the Mac bootloader. Can you try booting directly from the Mac HDD?
