Noom
Hi All Guru, I installed iATKOS S3 on my hp dv2911us successfully except wireless card. Since we knew that intel pro 4965 agn didn't work. I decide to buy a new one. Would you recommend a compatible one without problems for installation leopard for me? Thanks in advance.

RosMac
I do not understand only one thing, why has not so far invented driver for this card? On Ubuntu Netbook this card works perfectly! Given that there was no dancing with tambourines and OS was installed less than 15 minutes ... This is a shame for modern hackers and software developers
Use Your Illusion
I do not understand only one thing, why has not so far invented driver for this card? On Ubuntu Netbook this card works perfectly! Given that there was no dancing with tambourines and OS was installed less than 15 minutes ... This is a shame for modern hackers and software developers Because Linux has been a wider-used, legitimate OS mostly built by large corporations that chase up drivers for hardware so they can distribute it in the business sector. OSX86, on the other hand, is legally ambiguous small-scale attempt to get an Operating System to work on hardware it was not intended to be on. It has something to do with the Linux architecture, too. Linux contains millions of drivers and loads the appropriate ones on startup, that way, drivers just get added to the main kernel as time goes on and no more hassle is required. Not to mention that Linux is entirely open source, so more people are more familiar with the workings and able to create drivers. It's a shame, there's no doubt, but that's how it is. You'll have to take this as a reply to your identical posts in several other threads, too.
