pmcnano
Ok so, Im not really a noob in the scene, I have installed osx so many many times, etc. Anyway straight to the point, just built a new computer, installed osx everything is working. Installed Win7 everything working.......go to diskpart (as I have done 189273189273 times) and changed active partition back to OSX. Here's the intereseting part...it wont boot then!.....For some reason with this computer, if OSX and Win7 installed, it wont boot. It doesnt show any error, just after DMI Spool thing it hangs there, reinstalled the bootloader several times, etc nothing will work. I format the drive install OSX again and I can boot. I really dont know if I explained myself! but I dont know what the hell is happening. Any insights?? pmcnano
Well Posda, actually yesterday I was fighting with it *again* and it seems that the only think that worked (becuase im certenly sure everything was fine, active partitions was fine, chameleon was installed etc..) was to install chameleon in the EFI partition. That did the trick. Cheers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/222254-never-seen-this-before-d-dual-boot-problem/#findComment-1510947 Share on other sites
