Pentium D dual-core NO dual cores

I have newly installed iATKOS 10.5.8 but cannot boot with cpus=2. My system now works at only ONE core. How can I open the second core. Below is the information of my system:

 

Or should I replace the kernel with a patched kernel, if yes, how to do this?
