However I always do this kind of stuff on a trial and error basis. The latest of my endovers is obviously Mac on my PC. I am wanting to get a Mac anyway but would like to run snow leo for a while before hand and make sure i can make the transition (I've always used windows) Thus without further ado, here is the best i can scramble up: Operating System MS Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit SP2 CPU AMD Turion X2 RM-72 65 °C Griffin 65nm Technology RAM 4.0GB DDR2 @ 400MHz (6-6-6-18) Motherboard HP 30F2 (Socket M2/S1G1) Graphics Generic PnP Monitor @ 1280x800 ATI video (HP) Hard Drives 244GB Hitachi Hitachi HTS543225L9A3 SCSI Disk Device (SCSI) Optical Drives Optiarc DVD RW AD-7560S SCSI CdRom Device Audio IDT High Definition Audio CODEC Network Connected through Atheros AR5009 802.11a/g/n WiFi Adapter I tried iATKOS 5i. I boot the disc enter -v and it runs some code then stops at: still unable to locate root device So im not really sure where to go from here. Please help me out. In reply to potential Mods, I am aware that there are other DV5 posts.
