CYNiCALStudios Posted June 19, 2010 Share Posted June 19, 2010 I am using Voodoo at them moment, installed with iAtkos V7. My setup was running amazingly fine, Until i realised my Sleep didnt work. So i tried using the SleepEnabler which i found on the InsanelyMac forum. I rebooted and it didnt work. So i forgot about the Extention, i tried updating to 10.5.8 and ran into kernel panic which was caused by sleep enabler while updating. Is there anyway i can delete that extention without booting onto Mac since i cant boot up. I ran it with -v parameter and all i was left with was a kernel panic. I appreciate anytime people take to help me. Thanks ALOT! EDIT: I realised i could use the terminal in the Instalation Disk to run terminal and possibly delete from there? Could anyone please tell me the command to delete it, but i am pretty sure Mac uses a Read-Only File System could i have trouble? And is it possible to boot into Mac just via terminal and no GUI?
