Mammoth
Vanilla Retail 10.6.x install guide using Chameleon on a separate partition for the Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P motherboard. Introduction I am in the progress of building my system (see my sig) and plan to create and share a complete guide with everyone here. This guide will be as close as possible to the guide created by BlackOSX for the GA-EP45-DS3L (which I also have a very similar board, see sig), as his guides are the highest quality and set the standard (IMHO). I want the information presented here to continually evolve to include the latest and best methods for maintaining our Hacks on this motherboard. LATEST NEWS: 2010, May 22 Boot .ISO (Ver.07) for GA-P55A-UD4P Mammoth-GA-P55A-UD4PBootCDv07.zip (Please post if works for you.) 2010, April 26 The last two things I need to solve are getting sound to work PROPERLY and a strange problem with SATA optical drives. Once I get these issues resolved, I will be able to post the guide, so HANG in there! 2010, April, 23 New BIOS released for the GA-P55A-UD4P: F9 Download In just a few more days, I should be able to post the first version of my guide!
