This board supports all socket 775 processors and is very compatible with Mac OS X Leopard and Snow Leopard. I'm currently running 10.6.3 with working sound, networking, graphics (via 9800GT, also for sale), SATA. Everything works and itis very quick. If you like I can include instructions and kexts that I used. The board has no physical issues and has been updated to BIOS 3001. Could you pay Australian dollars via paypal? Also, keep in mind that the postage to India will likely be another $40 or so (just a guess).
