So I finally decided to move on to SL, I want to backup all my data and stuff in case something goes wrong (prolly will). First, I'm thinking of a partition image that could restore leopard and everything incase SL completely fails to boot. What should I use to create an image? Second, I need to move all of my data and settings to SL from Leopard. So can time machine do that? If not, what other alternatives are there?

Right now i'm running 10.5.8 and here are my specs:

Intel Pentium Dual Core e2140 1.6Ghz

Ati 4850 (MSI) with QE/CI support

2.5GB RAM DDR2 667

320GB Sata
