How to use USB images from Kexts.com

Hi all! sorry for my bad english, but i need an explication about use USB Images.

 

I downloaded from Kexts.com an image for my motherboard (M2N-E SLI), and this file don't have any extension. Might an BIN file, but i don't know.

 

The file size is 18MB and can be downloaded here:

How I can use this file? Someone can give me an explication? Thanks.
