I am trying to install iPC 10.5.6 Final on my pc, but whenever I boot it, it loads a few things, the last thing it says is hard to see because it reboots so fast, but it's something with a bunch of numbers and then "buffer" then more numbers then "header," or maybe it's the other way around, doesn't matter too much. The flags I have tried are:

-v -x -f rd=disk0s1 platform=ACPI|X86PC

but nothing helps. This is for a sata hd using an nforce chipset on an Acer motherboard with bios R01-B4. My dvd drive is also sata.

Here is a small part of a gigantic cpuz report:

Hopefully I didn't leave out anything necessary - the report was huge.

PLEASE HELP ME, I've been trying to get os x on this stupid thing for almost a year now.

ALTERNATIVELY, when I use other distros such as Kalyway I get the "still waiting for root device" error. I read that this is related to the chipset kext, and the kalyway has the nforceata kext that my chipset would need, so I'm not sure what to do. I did find an nforce kext on here that SPECIFICALLY lists my sata controller as being compatible, but the only way to add kexts to kalyway is with another mac, which i don't have...

please help me :*(
