ocstony
There is an on-board Realtek ALC650 Sound Chipset on my motherboard. But I cannot get it working on OSx86 platform. How could I get the sound effect? Thank you very much. ocstony
Finally, I get my sound works on my OSx86 systems. I just get my very old CMedia 8738 sound card under my bed and install driver here "http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?showtopic=1656". Sure it works. Nice and easy. Now I can listen MP3 and watch DVD movies in MacOS. I think the CMedia Sound Card is very cheap now. If anyone really can't have sound effect for Realtek. Just simply get one 8738 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/2078-realtek-alc650-sound-chipset/#findComment-15999 Share on other sites
