onin
Hello there, Emachines Laptop m6811 I was just curious about this and i tried to install it on my laptop, everything went fine on the installation, the first thing I noticed on the "welcome screen" is there is no sound coming on the right side of my laptop speakers it is only on the left side. 2nd no network connections detected. I really hope theres someone there who can make a broadcom wireless work, it gonna be cool if i can use the laptop at school, plus im a MAC noob, this is my first time I used a mac (Except when trying stuff @ the apple store lol) anyway here are the machine specs Mobile AMD Athlon64 Clawhammer 3400+ 512mb ddr ram pc2700 samsungs a 6in1 media card reader, I inserted a CF card and it works. Mobility Radeon 9600 64mb AC '97 audio an internal broadcom wireless card I will keep this post updated when I see new stuff. thanks. nofate301
what image did you use? and if you patched it, what did you patch it with? do you still have the image? I have an M6810, which is nearly identical in specs. haywire
I got 10.4.4 to install on a M6811, but it always seems to crash when you get to the welcome screen. I thought that I had the Maxxuss AMD patched iso, but maybe not. Anyone know how to fix this without being able to login to the machine?
