64 Bit sleep problem?

Guys, I have Early 2008 MacBook with GMAX3100, and somehow managed to get 64 bits kernel working (tnx to netkas), but the problem is that the sleep is problematic. I actually have 10.6.2 which added GMAX3100 64 Bit drivers, but when I close the lid or click sleep, it actually sleeps, but when I wake it for sleep, everything wakes up, but the Graphics Card doesn't wake up.

Any solution?

I really want to have 64 bit boot mode (kernel and extensions) enabled. Thanks.
