tehshiznit
I am using iATKOS V7. I used 'Leopard_hd_install_helper_v3.0 for my 8GB flashdrive, when i try to boot from it i get an HFS+ Partition Error. How do i fix this? quake
A simple quick search would have been all you needed to do. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/lofiversi...php/t33216.html http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/lofiversi...php/t20848.html http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/lofiversi...hp/t109736.html Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/201190-hfs-partition-error/#findComment-1352623 Share on other sites
tehshiznit
For some reason i couldn't search. But anyway i wasn't very specific. This is before installing, i haven't even been able to install Leopard. When i boot from the flashdrive trying to install i get the error, and the code is H00EEF3F0. brandwashed
iAKTOS worked "out of the box" for me on an external USB hard drive on an HP HDX 16. iDeneb did not. this fixed it, but i had the luxury of booting from a working hackintosh... sudo vsdbutil -a /Volumes/'name of partition without quotes' found that searching around here. "enabled owners" i guess. not sure if it will fix your issue. also worth noting the drive with iDeneb (that was doing the boot1/boot0 errors) still won't boot unless it's chosen thru chameleon. so maybe you need to install that as well. tehshiznit
Well, i can't even get it to boot up. Immediately after i choose to boot from USB i get this error. H00EEF3F0 HFS+ Partition Error And i know something is wrong with the process that im doing it because it does the same thing with Kalyway. tehshiznit
I just did all the default options in the install helper except for picking the iso and device to format to.
