eoy4
Hi! It's been a while since I posted anything, been away from the scene. I plan to be more active from now on. Here's my problem: On restart or shutdown, the system hangs waiting for processes to stop. I get the black spinning thing, and when i boot into verbose, i get "prl_disp_service[183]: didn't act on SIGTERM". Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks for any pointers or help. My system: Dell Inspiron 9400 Core Duo T2500 (2GHz) GeForce 7900GS 2GB RAM OSX 10.5.3, kalyway Quad boot with 7, XP, Leo and Ubuntu 9.04 (not relevant, just wanted to brag a little ) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/191188-slow-shotdown-some-rouge-service-ignores-sigterm/ Share on other sites
