Hey guys,

I'm installing OSX86 on an AMD. I already tried installing with iDeneb 1.4 and Leo4all (new version).

with both of them, right after I insert the dvd and reboot my computer, the installation won't continue and I keep getting this:

"EHCI Root Hub Simulation @0x24000000 has caused an overcurrent condition. The hub it is attached to has been disabled"

"EHCI Root Hub Simulation @0x22000000 has caused an overcurrent condition. The hub it is attached to has been disabled"

note: I didn't even installed the OS! it won't let me move on!

what should I do?!

Post the system specs. incl. any USB hubs etc.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ (SSE3 Support)

MSI MS-7349 Motherboard

Chipset - NVIDIA nForce 560

1GB DDR2 Geil

Geforce 7050 PV/Nvidia nForce 630a

WD 160GB sata2 HD (I have WinXP installed on it)

+WD 80GB sata2 HD (I want to install Mac on it)

about the USB hubs, I only had mouse&keyboard plugged in so I don't think that there's something else...

is that enough or you need something else?

thnx

umm i didn't quite help.. I mean, it's just an installation guide. I know how to install, it's just that the installation won't continue after the white screen with the apple logo (after a few minutes I also get a little unavailable sign on top of the apple logo).

I tried changing USB Support and USB Legacy support to disabled in the BIOS screen but that didn't help either...

any ideas?

and thanks for answering.

You can use the settings mentioned in the guide.

Boot with -v flag to see what is behind the scene.
