Hi guys,

I just finished installing ideneb 10.5.5 on an amd x2 system and it appears everything ok. My internet works, not so sure about my audio since i havent tested it yet. However, I cant find the shutdown button....not sure if i messed something during installation, but for the life of me i cant find it. Also, when the computer goes into sleep mode, it doest come out of it regardless of what i do. I have to literally re-start the computer manually which shouldn't be the case. Also, how difficult would it be to upgrade to snow leopard?

shutdown should be in the apple menu at top left.

Thanks so much, I feel like an idiot now. Happy to report that my sound is working. I was having issues with my usb detection, found the IOUSBFamily.kext and proceeded to install it and now I have usb detection. With regards to upgrading to snow leopard? is that out of the question? what about updating to ideneb 10.5.8? anyone can point me to a nice tutorial? thanks in advance.

I'm still having some issues when I try to get the computer out of "sleep mode". Once it goes into sleep mode, the only way to get back into leopard is by doing a hard reboot.....anyone has any suggestion? thanks in advance,.
