Hi. I have a laptop with the RTL8191SE, but I can not find any kext that works in 10.7 DP2. On Realtek's website, there is a driver for linux. Is there any way to convert Linux driver for the Mac?

This is an old thread but I would like to confirm that the RTL8191s "mac os x 10.8" package worked on Yosemite.  My Pivos 802.11n was a rebranded airlink101.  I got the package from the realtek site.  There is no reconnect after rebooting but the 3rd party app pops up and I "apply" the profile to make the connection.  I could not get an ASUS-WIFI-G PCI or a Roswell LAN PCI nor a D-Link BWA-140 USB to work but at least the Pivos USB seems to be working fine at "N" speed.  I have not looked at what happens after waking up from sleep.

No chances

It looks like the RTL8192SUs.kext will be compatible with bigsur
Lack of drivers like Wireless Network Utility may be that it is an older version. Just the Wireless Network Utility that is not compatible with bigsur.
I would like developers to fix this Wireless Network Utility. Thank you.

P.S. I tried it from 10.8-10.14. it works fine Internet running at full speed, except 10.15 11.0 it doesn't work, but the login to connect to the system can't work with Catalina Big Sur.

Especially this Wireless Network Utility

Hello
I don't have this device, so I don't know the details, but maybe the following may be helpful.

Matching utilities to the OS version can often be difficult.

thank you very much my friend
Try it and no luck
