tdh
Installed retail snow on Hp 2140 through USB ( Netbook Boot Maker) and it went fine as I was using an external mouse and keyboard. Audio is working with VoodooHDA - the keyboard and trackpad are not working with VoodooPS2. Tried the old version from leopard and the new one from insanelymac but it is still not working. Any ideas? I don't know where you placed VoodooPS2controller kext You didn't say. However, I found that if I placed mine in /Extra/Extensions it didn't work correctly. No mouse cursor movement. I had to boot into single user mode where the keyboard worked correctly and use kextcache command to build /Extra/Extensions.mkext - including VoodooPS2controller kext - and then it worked correctly after that. I am using the same VoodooPS2 that I used in Leopard 10.5.8. SunboX
Hi, I´ve installed VoodooPS2Controller.kext on 10.6.3 and my notebook (DELL Vostro 1700) keyboard works great, but my touchpad goes nervous, cursor jumps around and clicks very fast. So I removed VoodooPS2Controller.kext and installed the "old" ApplePS2Controller.kext instead. Now my touchpad works great, keyboard does work, too. But now the keys "<", ">" and "@" doesn´t work. (But worked with voodoo) Thats bad... any suggestion how to fix this? thx Sunny PS: if any mod did read this, i can´t open a new thread!
