Compatible with 10.6?

Since my attempt to install iPC or iDeneb (don't remember tbh) failed, I thought to try again with Snow 10.6, my hardware again.

CPU: Intel C2D e2180; it's real c2d; supports SSE2.

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-945GC-s 2c:

i)intel i945GC/GZ as chipset;

ii)intel ICH7 as south bridge;

iii)ALC662 onboard audio chip;

iv)RTL 8101E onboard lan chip.

VGA: nVidia 8500 GT.

RAM: 2 different dimms (2x1=2GB); dual channel.

Are they compatible?

P.S What shall I download? Vanilla 10.6? Or something custom?
